Job Summary

 The IT Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role includes maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and business applications while providing prompt technical assistance to employees and ensuring minimal operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Monitor and maintain servers, network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and access permissions.
Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office 365, Tally, and other business applications.
Perform regular system updates, data backups, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and software support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
Assist in implementing current IT systems and infrastructure projects.
Respond promptly to IT support requests and minimize system downtime.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with servers, network switches, and firewall administration .
Practical experience with Tally, Microsoft Office 365, and other business applications .
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
Local candidates will be given preference.
