About Us

Pebble Street Hospitality is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure across our restaurants and corporate office. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations, provide timely technical support, and maintain network, hardware, and POS systems. Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support for restaurants and corporate office users.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and Active Directory.

Support and troubleshoot POS systems, billing software, and restaurant technology.

Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewall devices.

Install and configure software, antivirus solutions, and operating system updates.

Coordinate with external vendors for internet connectivity, hardware repairs, and AMC services.

Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones.

Ensure regular data backups and basic cybersecurity best practices.

Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.





Respond promptly to IT incidents and minimize business downtime.

Visit restaurant outlets across Mumbai whenever technical support is required. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.

Robust knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Active Directory.

Experience supporting POS systems in restaurants, hotels, or retail environments is preferred.

Familiarity with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric devices, and printers.

Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across Mumbai outlets as needed. Preferred skills:
