Role Description The Information Technology Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee and manage IT systems and infrastructure supporting Esse India’s Canada-focused immigration services. This full-time, in office role in Canada involves maintaining secure and efficient networks, managing hardware and software, and ensuring data integrity for client information and internal operations. The IT Manager will coordinate with management and consultancy teams to align technology solutions with business processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee system upgrades and security protocols.





The role also includes vendor management, documentation of IT procedures, and implementation of best practices to support scalable and compliant operations.

Qualifications

Robust skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and system administration.

Experience with data security, backup strategies, and access control to protect sensitive client information.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing IT support for on-site teams.

Ability to plan and implement technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, enterprise applications, and collaboration tools relevant to consultancy operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA) are an advantage.

Solid communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proven experience in an IT leadership or managerial role, preferably in qualified services or consulting environments.
