Job Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Metallurgical Engineering Location: Faridabad

Programme: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

Role Overview The GET (Metallurgical Engineering) will assist in routine laboratory operations and receive structured training in metallurgical processes, testing, and quality assurance. The role is designed to build technical proficiency and operational understanding aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Assistance – Support daily lab activities including sample preparation, hardness testing, microstructure analysis, and documentation.

Process Observation – Learn and assist in heat treatment, casting, and material evaluation procedures.

Data Recording – Maintain accurate test records and assist in compiling reports for internal quality audits.

Safety & Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with NAPS training standards.





Equipment Handling – Observe and support calibration and maintenance of metallurgical instruments under supervision.
