Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
