Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Civil/Structural

Location: Gurugram (5 Days Working)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Engineering Design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about civil and structural engineering and are looking to build a career in industrial engineering and design projects.

Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering.
Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch only.
Strong academic foundation in structural engineering principles.
Positive understanding of engineering fundamentals and design concepts.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented engineering workplace.

What You'll Do




Support the Civil & Structural Engineering team in the design and execution of industrial engineering projects.
Prepare engineering calculations, design documentation, and technical deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in developing structural models, drawings, and engineering reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely project execution.
Learn and apply industry standards, engineering codes, and best practices.
