Role Description This is a full time, on-site hospital role based in Coimbatore. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with medical and nursing teams, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies. Daily responsibilities may include assessing patient needs, documenting clinical information accurately, supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures, and communicating clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

The role also includes participating in quality improvement activities,



maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

Relevant professional qualification in medicine, nursing, or allied health (e.g., MBBS, BSc Nursing, Diploma in allied health), with valid registration where applicable.

Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with familiarity in inpatient and/or outpatient workflows.

Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and basic emergency response skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate medical records, and comply with safety and infection control standards.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work adaptable shifts as needed and to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
