Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Daily responsibilities include designing logos, brand elements, and layouts; selecting and refining typography; and ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand project requirements, translate ideas into clear visual designs, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.





The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, iterate based on feedback, and maintain an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and compositions.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and applying brand guidelines across materials.
Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of font selection, hierarchy, and readability in both digital and print formats.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver designs within defined timelines.
Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in office.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
