Head Barista – WUSH Coffee & Tea

WUSH is a specialty coffee house focused on serving exceptional coffee, tea, and a carefully curated beverage experience. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista who has robust knowledge of specialty coffee and can lead our bar operations.

What we expect
Strong understanding of espresso preparation, extraction, dialing-in, milk steaming, and latte art.
Hands-on knowledge of manual brewing techniques such as V60, Siphon, Pour Over, AeroPress, French Press, Moka Pot, etc.
Good knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing parameters, grind size, water, and coffee origins.
Knowledge and interest in tea and specialty tea preparation is a plus.
Ability to maintain consistency, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness at the bar.




Capable of training and guiding junior baristas and maintaining high service standards.
Good communication skills, a skilled attitude, and a genuine passion for coffee.
Ability to contribute to menu development and experiment with current coffee and beverage recipes.

Experience: in specialty coffee / premium café operations preferred. We are looking for someone who is not just a barista, but someone who truly understands coffee, enjoys exploring different brewing techniques, and can help build WUSH into a destination for people who appreciate great coffee.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
