Job Summary: We are seeking a energetic, analytical, and hands-on Creative Marketing & Growth Development Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will take full ownership of digital-first, performance-driven marketing campaignsfrom market research and creative ideation to landing page setup, execution, and performance analytics.

This role requires a unique blend of technical/analytical thinking and creative marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Landing Page & Funnel Management: Build, optimize, and manage high-converting landing pages, lead generation forms, and conversion tracking workflows.
End-to-End Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage 360-degree digital campaigns across websites, social media, paid ad platforms (Meta/Google), and email channels.
Brand Strategy & Research: Conduct consumer and competitor research to define brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
Copywriting & Creative Development: Write compelling ad copies, campaign content, and visual concepts that engage target audiences.
SEO & AI Enablement:



Perform keyword research and content optimization; leverage modern AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content generation and workflows.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor campaign metrics (traffic, CTR, CPA, ROI) and present actionable post-campaign reports to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, media, and strategy teams, and assist in preparing client/stakeholder pitch decks and presentations.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) is Mandatory.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, growth marketing, or performance campaigns.

Technical & Marketing Skills:
Hands-on experience with landing page creation, paid ad platforms, and digital campaign tools.
Solid grasp of SEO basics, website content optimization, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and workflow automation tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with solid deck presentation capabilities.
Mindset: Highly analytical, creative problem solver, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
