Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division.

The Graphic

Designer will create social media graphics, marketing visuals, logos, and brand assets aligned with client guidelines and project deadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, developing layouts, selecting typography, and preparing final files for digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to understand design needs, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency with brand standards.





The designer will also stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the ability to create visually engaging digital content.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities for various clients.

Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand expression.

Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).

Candidates should demonstrate a solid portfolio of social media and marketing design work.

Candidates should have robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and team members.

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience.
