Experience: (0 - 2Years) Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth for NextWe Studio.

The day-to-day responsibilities include managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, creating engaging social media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the design and sales teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.





We're looking for someone who is confident in front of the camera and excited to become the Brand Ambassador of NextWe Studio by creating engaging video content, reels, and social media campaigns that represent our brand. Qualifications

Experience in Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics and campaign performance tracking.

Experience in Social Media Marketing and content planning.

Ability to create engaging marketing content and collaborate with creative teams.

Confident communication skills and willingness to appear in videos as the face of the brand.

Robust analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Experience in the digital, creative, or marketing industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a fast-paced startup setting.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
