About the Role

We are looking for a agile and experienced HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the Infrastructure Development, Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.




Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Work closely with project teams to fulfill manpower requirements across project sites.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Positive understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–5 years in HR, preferably in Infrastructure Development, Construction.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, project-driven environment.
