About the Role
Growth & Research Associate (B2B)
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our business growth through market research and data management. You'll help identify potential customers, industries, and business prospects, build structured databases, and provide valuable market insights to support our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research.
Build and maintain databases of potential customers, companies, and key decision-makers.
Gather and organize business information from public sources.
Keep databases updated and accurate.
Support the Business Development team with research and market intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Solid internet research and MS Excel skills.
Positive analytical and organizational abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in research or business support is a plus but not essential.
