Role Description The Head of Events (Beyond) internship is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role focuses on designing and leading event strategies that extend Unifesto’s reach beyond campus, including collaborations with startups, communities, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing event calendars, coordinating logistics with stakeholders, overseeing ticketing and promotions, and ensuring events align with Unifesto’s mission and brand.

The intern will identify current engagement opportunities, build relationships with partner organizations,



monitor event performance, and iterate on formats to improve impact. The role also involves working closely with product, marketing, and campus teams to integrate event feedback into platform improvements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including stakeholder coordination and explicit written and verbal interaction.

Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with the ability to handle timelines, logistics, and on-ground execution.

Ability to manage Budgeting related to events, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources.

Sales and partnership-building skills to drive event participation, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Demonstrated interest in student communities, events, or community-building initiatives.

Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced workplace.

Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, with readiness for occasional evening or weekend events.

Experience in campus leadership, event clubs, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
