Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a GS & Haryana GK Faculty for HCS Exam in Chandigarh at O2 IAS Academy. The faculty member will design and deliver online lectures on General Studies and Haryana General Knowledge tailored to the HCS exam syllabus.

Responsibilities include preparing study material, test papers, and model answers; conducting doubt-clearing sessions; and updating content as per the latest exam patterns and current affairs. The role also involves mentoring learners, tracking their progress, and providing feedback to help them improve performance.



Collaboration with the academic team to refine teaching strategies and participate in online workshops or webinars is expected.

Qualifications

Robust subject knowledge in General Studies and Haryana GK, with a explicit understanding of HCS exam patterns and syllabus.

Experience in teaching or coaching for Civil Services or State Public Service examinations, preferably in an online or blended learning setting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.

Proficiency in creating digital study material, tests, and presentations, and comfort with using online teaching platforms and tools.

Sound analytical and research skills to integrate current affairs and updated information into teaching content.

Postgraduate or graduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Political Science, History, Geography, Public Administration, or related fields).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet academic schedules and deadlines in a remote setup.
