Role & responsibilities
Advise on complex GST matters including valuation, ITC optimization, supply structuring
Lead drafting of technical opinions, responses to SCNs, appeals, and written submissions
Support litigation strategy by evaluating risk exposure.
Drive GST health checks, audit assistance, and investigation support while tracking legislative amendments
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
Monitor changes in GST laws and regulations and assist in assessing their impact on the business.
Identify day-to-day GST compliance risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
Assist in developing and improving GST-related workflows, and contribute to the preparation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
