Role Description The Head of Influencer Marketing is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role leads the end-to-end influencer marketing function, including strategy development, campaign planning, and execution across multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing long-term relationships with creators and agencies. The role oversees performance tracking and reporting, ensuring campaigns meet brand objectives, budget guidelines, and timelines.



Qualifications

Strong experience in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.

Proficiency in social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and current digital trends.

Experience in stakeholder management, including influencers, agencies, and brand clients.

Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

Comfort with contract negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management.

Prior leadership experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing within an agency or brand environment.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Have experience in collaborating with PR and media.

Have an authentic passion for management with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Have sound knowledge of artists and their genre of projects.

Have good networking and community-building skills.
