Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while meeting recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid sourcing and interviewing skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of ATS and HRMS will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and internship experience may also apply.
