Hiring Requirement – HR Executive (Indian Counselling Services)

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment for multiple roles (Counsellors, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Scheduling and coordinating interview rounds.
Managing employee onboarding and documentation.
Handling attendance, probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Ensuring employee discipline and policy compliance.
Supporting performance management and employee engagement.
Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintaining HR records and reports.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years of HR experience (Recruitment + Generalist preferred).
Robust communication and interviewing skills.




Experience hiring for sales and education/training industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and deliver hiring targets.
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
