Role Description The Immigration Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Mohali, Chandigarh. In this role, the consultant provides end-to-end advisory services to clients on visa options, immigration pathways, and relocation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate, BA, B.Com, Pass-out not before 2023
English speaking proficiency.
Understanding of immigration issues and global immigration frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant guidelines.
Knowledge of visa categories and processes, including documentation requirements and eligibility assessments.
Familiarity with legal principles related to immigration law and regulatory compliance.
Consulting skills, including client needs analysis, solution-oriented advice, and qualified communication.
Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and case handling.
Proficiency in using office software and digital tools for data management, reporting, and communication.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or related advisory work is preferred.
