Injection Moulding Operations

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes.
Expertise in mould parameter setup and mould changeover.
Positive leadership and team handling skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of different raw materials used in plastic moulding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Manage day-to-day production activities on injection moulding machines.
Set up mould parameters as per product and quality requirements.
Plan and execute mould changes efficiently to minimize downtime.
Ensure preventive maintenance and machine upkeep in coordination with maintenance teams.
Production Management
Plan and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize rejection and wastage.
Monitor and control raw material usage, ensuring zero loss and proper handling.
Team Management
Lead,



train, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
Allocate manpower effectively for smooth production flow.
Motivate and guide downline workers to achieve set production goals.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and discipline on the shop floor.
Quality & Process Control
Ensure that products meet customer quality standards.
Work with the QA team for in-process checks and defect analysis.
Continuously optimize moulding processes for better efficiency and reduced rejections.
Material & Resource Knowledge
Solid understanding of raw materials (polymers, additives, regrinds, colorants, etc.).
Plan and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
