HR MANAGER – F&B; Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Management Experience: 4–8 Years Industry: F&B; / Hospitality / QSR Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle F&B; outlets. The role will be responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and retention. statutory requirements. Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B; / Hospitality / QSR. Solid experience in high-volume frontline recruitment. Valuable knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage HR across multiple outlets and locations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
