As an Executive Recruitment, you will support day-to-day HR Recruitment operations and assist in managing the candidates and applications. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a robust foundation in Recruitment and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure timely candidate follow-ups and a seamless hiring experience.
Assist in campus hiring, internship drives, and employer branding initiatives.




Support bulk and lateral hiring requirements while maintaining recruitment records and confidentiality.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience (freshers and interns are welcome to apply).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel.
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and solid organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
