Turn India's CSR mandate into real impact for kids.

Every large company in India must spend 2% of its profits on CSR — a huge, recurring, mandated pool of funding actively looking for credible education and STEM partners. Robokidz is exactly that partner. We're opening a brand-current revenue line and looking for a sharp, self-driven closer to own it end to end: find the corporates and HNIs with CSR budgets, pitch them Robokidz proposals, and close funding that puts robotics and STEM learning into the hands of children who'd never otherwise get it.

This is a hunter role. If you love the chase, can hold a room of CXOs, and want your income tied to how much valuable you can fund — read on. What you'll do:

Build and own a target list of Section 135–applicable companies, corporate foundations, family offices and HNI philanthropists

Get in front of CSR heads, committees, HR/sustainability leaders and wealth managers

Craft tailored CSR proposals linking a donor's priorities to measurable Robokidz impact

Negotiate and close CSR grants, sponsorships and multi-year commitments — and own the number





Steward donors post-signing with clean impact reporting so they renew and grow You'll thrive here if you have:

5–8 years in CSR fundraising, corporate/institutional sales, NGO partnerships or enterprise B2B business development — with a track record of closing large deals A working grasp of the Indian CSR landscape (Section 135, CSR-1, how budgets get allocated)

An existing network of CSR heads, foundations, family offices or HNIs (a big plus)

Outstanding communication, executive presence and a target-obsessed mindset

Willingness to travel and meet donors face to face Bonus: experience fundraising in education / STEM / child-focused programs, or with CSR impact reporting. What we offer:
