We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Post job openings on platforms like Apna, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Required Skills




Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience with online job portals and sourcing techniques.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
HR certification is an added advantage.
