Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for Satyamev Group. This role involves planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to promote premium residential and commercial projects, overseeing brand positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Daily responsibilities include managing market research initiatives, coordinating with sales teams on lead generation activities, and working with public relations partners to enhance brand visibility.





The Head of Marketing will also manage marketing budgets, supervise the creation of marketing collateral, monitor campaign performance, and support senior leadership with regular performance reports and insights.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Experience in Sales to collaborate effectively with sales teams on lead generation and conversion initiatives.

Capability in Public Relations to manage brand reputation, media relations, and external communications.

Proven experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.

Demonstrated leadership ability, including managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
