Role Overview The GTM Engineer is a contemporary, AI-enabled technical partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role blends data expertise, AI innovation, and GTM systems knowledge to help our revenue organization operate with greater clarity, speed, and intelligence.

A core component of the role involves analyzing GTM and customer data, identifying trends, and creating actionable insights and visualizations that guide strategic decisions. In addition, the GTM Engineer enhances productivity by building AI agents, improving workflows, and integrating tools that build pipeline and streamline daily operations.

This position is hands-on and highly cooperative ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, improving processes with technology,



and delivering insights that directly impact pipeline, win rate, retention, and team efficiency. This position is a builder and analyst who elevates the GTM engine through smart use of data, AI, and automation.

The GTM Engineer reports to Revenue Operations and partners closely with leaders across the GTM organization.
