About Shantara Naturopathy Retreat

Shantara Naturopathy Retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Objective : To lead , manage & oversee all engineering, maintenance & utility operations of the resort . Is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity , electrical and mechanical systems , water treatment , waste management and energy efficiency across the property.

Responsibility : The Chief Engineer directly manages the Assistant Engineers, Supervisors , Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers & other maintenance staff. He is responsible for leading, supervising, and engaging the entire engineering and maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of all resort facilities, equipment, and systems.

The Chief

Engineer oversees staff recruitment, training,



and skill development, fostering a culture of responsibility, precision, and continuous improvement. The role includes preparing duty rosters, monitoring attendance, evaluating individual performance, and implementing corrective or developmental actions as necessary. He ensures clear communication and coordination between engineering, housekeeping, operations, and front office teams to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted guest comfort.
