Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead Tendering & Engineering operations for large-scale EPC projects across Power, T&D;, Water, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead EPC tendering, estimation, proposal, and contract management activities.
Review and finalize techno-commercial bids, risk assessments, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
Oversee design deliverables including layouts, SLDs, P&IDs;, and technical proposals.
Conduct vendor evaluations, contract reviews, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with KSA teams for timely tender submission and project handover.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Robust exposure to Power, T&D;, Substation, Water, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas projects.
Expertise in Techno-Commercial Evaluation, Risk Management, BOQ, and Bid Management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, BIM tools, PVsyst, and MS Office.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical).
