Position Details

Role: Hotel Manager – Villa Operations

Location: Chikmagaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 10–12 Years

Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the luxury villa property.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high hospitality standards.
Manage and lead housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and other operational teams.
Monitor property upkeep, vendor management, inventory, and cost control.




Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
Maintain SOP compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless property management.

Candidate Profile
10–12 years of experience in hotel, resort, villa, or luxury hospitality operations.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience in managing multiple operational departments.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
Willingness to relocate to Chikmagaluru.
