Role Description The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations at the Madurantakam property in an on-site, full time capacity.

Responsibilities include managing front office and reception activities, supervising housekeeping and food & beverage services, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service. The role involves monitoring budgets, supporting sales initiatives, managing reservations, and coordinating with vendors to maintain smooth operations.

The Hotel

Manager will lead and train staff, handle guest concerns, implement safety and quality procedures, and work to achieve occupancy, revenue, and service goals.





Qualifications

Solid customer service skills, including guest relations and conflict resolution.

Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee hotel expenses and revenues.

Sales skills to promote hotel services, manage room occupancy, and support local marketing activities.

Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including service standards and coordination with kitchen staff.

Experience with receptionist duties such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and handling inquiries.

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.

Ability to lead diverse teams, delegate tasks, and maintain operational discipline.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and guest safety.

Proficiency in basic computer and hotel management systems; familiarity with booking platforms is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
