Role Description The GTM Strategist Intern role at DigiPlus Agency is a full time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli. In this role, the intern will support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and target audience profiling. The intern will assist in preparing strategic plans, campaign briefs, and performance reports, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and positioning.

Day-to-day tasks may include gathering and analyzing data, documenting insights, preparing presentation materials,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.

Solid interest in marketing, business strategy, and go-to-market planning, with basic understanding of digital channels.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.

Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a rapid-paced, results-driven setting.
