Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, scheduling showroom appointments, and building solid relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals. The candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for luxury products and customer service.

Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

Generate current business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers.

Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the sales and design teams.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize appointment conversions.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-end clients and architects.

Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Achieve monthly appointment and lead generation targets.

Represent the brand professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

Ability to communicate confidently with luxury clientele, architects, and interior designers.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Preferred Experience

Experience in luxury furniture, home décor, interiors, real estate, lifestyle brands, or premium retail will be an added advantage.

Experience in handling premium or high-value customers is preferred.
