Role Description The Head Finance Account is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position oversees financial accounting operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, management of budgeting processes, and coordination of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

The role also involves leading finance team members, implementing process improvements, collaborating with clinical and administrative departments,



and providing timely financial insights to senior leadership to support organizational decision-making.

Qualifications - Strong command of core finance principles, including Finance and Budgeting.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, interpret, and manage Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial trends, variances, and operational performance.
Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Significant experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role, preferably within healthcare or large multi-site organizations.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Solid leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
