Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement clinical governance policies and SOPs.
Lead practitioner screening, credential verification, and onboarding.
Conduct clinical interviews and approve practitioner profiles.
Ensure compliance with Indian mental health regulations and ethical standards.
Design quality assurance frameworks and clinical review processes.
Create crisis management and safeguarding protocols.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve client experience.
Train practitioners and internal teams on clinical standards and best practices.
Support the development of clinical content, matching frameworks, and practitioner guidelines.
Act as the clinical advisor for strategic business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
8+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.
Experience in clinical governance, practitioner credentialing, quality assurance, or mental health leadership.
Solid knowledge of Indian mental healthcare regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in teletherapy, digital health, or mental health startups will be preferred.
