Job Title: Head – IT Infrastructure & Networking

CTC: Up to ₹32 LPA

Location: Manufacturing Plant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – IT Infrastructure & Networking to lead and manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing a large enterprise workplace with 500+ PCs, servers, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for 500+ desktops/laptops.

Lead LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.

Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.

Manage firewalls, cybersecurity, endpoint security, antivirus, and backup solutions.

Ensure high availability of servers, storage, and network infrastructure.

Oversee ERP, email systems, CCTV, biometric, and IP telephony.

Lead the IT team, vendors, and annual IT budgeting.





Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.

Ensure IT compliance, data security, and documentation.

Requirements

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: 12–18+ years in IT Infrastructure & Networking.

Experience managing 500+ end-user systems in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

Solid knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet/SonicWall networking, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS (preferred), and cybersecurity.

Salary

Up to ₹32 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
