Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and HR policies.
Handle employee records, attendance, and HR operations.
Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate.
Robust experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
