The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging designs that enhance our brand and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for designing digital and print creatives that showcase our custom neon products across multiple marketing channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for social media, website banners, email campaigns, online advertisements, and marketplace listings. Create visually appealing product graphics, promotional banners, and campaign creatives for festivals, weddings, home décor, and business branding. Develop brochures, catalogs, packaging, and other marketing collateral for print and digital use.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Edit product images, create mockups, and prepare creatives for product launches and promotions. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.





Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.

Experience designing creatives for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms. Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent time management and communication skills. A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.

Preferred

SkillsExperience with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Canva. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, home décor, or consumer brands is preferred.
