Role & responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, and HR operations within a agile workplace.
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and internal portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for different roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and social media campaigns.
Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities (e.g., scheduling, documentation)
