Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a positive work workplace.
Oversee performance management by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth.
Design and implement employee training programs and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
Administer compensation and advantages programs, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and other incentives.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all organizational levels.




Support management with various HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and labor regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
