Shipment Coordination:
Plan and coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination, updating stakeholders as necessary.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth operations.
Documentation:
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local and international trade laws, including customs clearance procedures.
Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and advise management accordingly.
Vendor and Client Management:




Communicate with suppliers and customers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
Negotiate rates and terms with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
Address and resolve discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
Cost Optimization:
Analyze shipping costs and identify prospects to reduce expenses.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
