We are Hiring for HR Generalist Role Description The HR Generalist is a full time, in office role based in Tiruchirappalli, responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resources operations. This includes handling employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit processes, as well as administering payroll inputs, perks, and attendance. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting in learning and development initiatives.

The HR Generalist will also manage employee relations, maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, and contribute to HR policies, process improvements, and internal communications to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong generalist HR skills, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Candidates should possess capabilities in HR operations such as HRIS management,



payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies, preferably in a healthcare or technology services environment.

Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.

Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, ideally within healthcare, IT, or business process outsourcing, is preferred.
