We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Import-Export Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle export and domestic logistics, documentation, and shipping activities. This role involves requesting and negotiating freight rates, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of materials, and coordinating with production teams. The Import-Export Executive will also communicate with customers, updating them on order and dispatch statuses.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork.
Request and negotiate shipping quotes with freight forwarders and logistics providers to optimize costs and delivery times.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely dispatch and shipment of materials.
Oversee domestic logistics and ensure proper documentation for internal shipments.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers, both domestically and internationally.
Address and update customers regarding their orders, shipping schedules, and dispatch statuses.
Resolve issues related to logistics, customs clearance, or delays in shipment.
Maintain records of shipments, quotes,



and customer interactions for audit and reporting purposes.
Stay updated on import-export regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with various teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to streamline operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in import-export operations and documentation.
Robust understanding of shipping and customs procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms.
Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
