Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full time, in office role based in Rajkot, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for agricultural products and raw materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and working closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to optimize logistics. The role involves tracking shipments, managing timelines,



maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational issues to ensure timely delivery.

The Import Export

Executive will also liaise with internal teams and customers to provide transparent communication on shipment status, costs, and requirements, while supporting continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Import Logistics skills, including coordination of shipments, documentation handling, and familiarity with incoterms.
Candidates should possess expertise in Import and Export operations, covering regulatory compliance, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in international trade, supply chain, or logistics in a manufacturing or agricultural sector is preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP or logistics management systems is beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
