Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled MEP skilled. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing large-scale Hotel projects.

PS -We are only looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience in MEP with minimum 5+ years with Hotel Projects .

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects.
Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing large-scale MEP projects from conception to completion.
Strong leadership and team management skills,



with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies used in MEP project management.

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling MEP for hotel projects.
