We are hiring a Head of Technology Finance &
Treasury for a leading global financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technology strategy and delivery for Finance &
Treasury platforms.
Own and execute the technology roadmap aligned with Finance &
Treasury business objectives.
Manage and mentor large, cross-regional engineering teams (150+ specialists).
Prioritize and oversee the technology backlog, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, Architecture, Risk, and Business stakeholders to drive technology transformation.
Drive modernization, operational excellence, platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Required Experience
20+ years of experience in Technology leadership within Banking or Financial Services.
Proven track record of leading large global engineering teams (150+ members).
Robust experience in Finance &
Treasury technology platforms and enterprise application delivery.
Expertise in technology strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
Experience leading large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
