The intern will support the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA (HR) students looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR discussions.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview calendars.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases in Excel/Google Sheets.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
Assist in preparing offer letters and collecting pre-joining documents.
Support onboarding activities for current employees.
Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Perform other recruitment-related tasks assigned by the HR team
