Key Responsibilities
Recruitment &
Sourcing:

Source and hire project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and skilled or unskilled blue-collar labor
Onboarding &
Administration:

Handle joining formalities, maintain attendance records, and manage daily HR paperwork.
Payroll &
Compliance:

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure adherence to construction-specific labor regulations like PF/ESI norms.
Worker Relations: Resolve site-level grievances, manage contractor deployment, and support safety policy implementation.

Required Skills &
Qualifications
Experience: Fresher - 3 years in HR recruitment, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sector.
Knowledge: Familiarity with contractor management, labor legislation, and site mobilization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic HR software or databases.
Soft Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
