Role Description The Human Resources Consultant role at Pravixa AI is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The consultant will provide strategic HR guidance to leadership and project teams, aligning people practices with the company’s growth and digital transformation goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting workforce planning, and advising on organizational structure and talent management. The role will also manage employee relations, handle performance and feedback processes, and ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations. The consultant will collaborate with managers to design HR programs, support training initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience advising leadership and teams on HR strategy.
Ability to design, implement,



and review HR Policies that support compliance, fairness, and organizational effectiveness.
Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to the Indian context, with experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience in fast-paced technology or software settings is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and support a diverse, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace.
